Most questions have an answer in these docs. Each page is short on purpose — if you can’t find it in five minutes, the doc is broken. Tell us, and we’ll fix it.
Find an answer
- Use the sidebar to navigate by topic. Each section is small and scannable.
- Search (top of the page) — full-text across every doc page.
- Read the Quick Start if you’re new — the 5-minute walkthrough covers most “how do I get started” questions.
Contact support
If the docs don’t have it:
- Email — support@owlish.bot. Response time is within 1 business day on Starter / Growth, faster on Scale.
- In-app help — bottom-right of the console. Reaches the same support team and includes your workspace context automatically.
When you contact support, the more specific the better. Workspace ID (from Settings → General), agent name, approximate time, what you expected vs. what you saw — that’s usually enough for us to find the issue without a back-and-forth.
Reporting a doc problem
If a doc is wrong, missing a screenshot, or unclear, email support with the URL of the page and the paragraph that tripped you up. The fastest fixes happen when you tell us which line didn’t make sense.

- Changelog — recent shipped changes appear in the in-app menu under your avatar.
