The Microsoft Teams channel is available on Growth and above. Install Owlish to a Teams tenant and the agent can answer in personal chats, channel mentions, and threaded replies — the same agent that runs on your website, Slack, and other connected channels.
Connect Microsoft Teams
Open the agent, then go to Channels → Microsoft Teams → Connect. Owlish starts the Microsoft consent flow, then returns you to the channel page with the connected tenant.
Where the agent answers
After install, the agent can respond in:
- Personal chats — direct conversations with the agent.
- Channel mentions — questions where the agent is mentioned in a Teams channel.
- Threaded replies — follow-ups stay attached to the same conversation.
