The Discord channel is on the roadmap. Once shipped, you’ll be able to invite the bot to a Discord server and have it answer questions in mentioned channels, slash-command queries, and (optionally) DMs — using the same agent and knowledge base as every other channel.
In the meantime
If you run a Discord-first community and want Owlish today:
- Embed the web widget on a public help page or community-portal site. Members can ask there before reaching out in Discord.
- Use Slack for staff if your moderation team is on Slack — same agent, same answers.
