Why we built it

Most chatbots make support harder.

We've been the team cleaning up after the chatbot. Made-up policies, broken promises to customers, transcripts no operator can read, queues no one owns. The "AI" was a layer of risk on top of an already busy day.

Owlish exists because grounded, source-cited answers shouldn't be a premium feature, and the work that makes a great support team — the inbox, the handoff, the operator review, the post-conversation cleanup — shouldn't live in a separate tool.

We're not building a chatbot. We're building the platform a real support team can run on.

Grounded answers, always

Hallucinations aren't a quirk to manage; they're a defect. Every answer cites the exact source. If we can't ground it, we say so and route to a human.

Your data, your rules

Workspace-isolated. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never used to train shared models. Exportable in CSV or JSON, deletable on demand.

Operators in the loop

AI agents that can't hand off cleanly waste support time, not save it. Our shared inbox, whisper mode, and review tools exist for the operator first.

Ship in public

Roadmap online, product notes public, feedback direct. We sequence the work and tell you what's next — even when the answer is 'not yet.'
