# Microsoft Teams

> Run your agent inside Microsoft Teams. Personal chats, channel mentions, and threaded replies for the same Owlish agent.

The Microsoft Teams channel is available on Growth and above. Install Owlish to a Teams tenant and the agent can answer in personal chats, channel mentions, and threaded replies — the same agent that runs on your website, Slack, and other connected channels.

## Connect Microsoft Teams

Open the agent, then go to **Channels → Microsoft Teams → Connect**. Owlish starts the Microsoft consent flow, then returns you to the channel page with the connected tenant.

## Where the agent answers

After install, the agent can respond in:

- **Personal chats** — direct conversations with the agent.
- **Channel mentions** — questions where the agent is mentioned in a Teams channel.
- **Threaded replies** — follow-ups stay attached to the same conversation.
